He is charismatic and kind and tells you stories about the restaurant that has been open for 31 years. My friends and I hadn’t looked up when it closed, I worked in food service and never go to places within 45 min of closing but forgot to look. They closed in 10 minutes and I didn’t want to bother this sweet man. He insisted we stay, had the food made within 10 minutes and let us eat in the restaurant as they closed up. He was so kind and I would go back and give all my money just to talk to him again! ”
